We do not post rates on our website. Because of market fluctuations rates change daily, sometimes hourly, and are often obsolete by the time you would see them. Rates are based on your home value, credit, income, employment status and many other lending criteria. We would rather get your ‘whole picture’ than quote you a rate you may not qualify for.
After applying, you will find our rates competitive, if not better than your local lending institutions. Our small size and low overhead makes our profit margins higher; therefore we can give you, the consumer, better rates.
